Welcome to the Episcopal Diocese of Western Kansas website. We are a Diocese of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America (ECUSA) which is a member of the worldwide Anglican Communion. And while we are not big, we are a place where many find a way to experience Jesus Christ in a spiritual and sacramental way not found in other churches who proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

   Our faith is based in what we found to be the essential parts of both the catholic and protestant expressions of Christianity. Our main worship event is the Holy Eucharist in which we celebrate both the Holy Word of God contained in Scripture and the Sacrament of Holy Communion which our Lord commanded us to do on the night before He died for us, in which He said, to Take this Bread and Drink this Cup in remembrance of Him; for they are His Body and His Blood.
