East Williamson: Went home to be with the Lord on April 14, 2006 in his 91st year. Retired pastor of The Church of Philadelphia. Former treasurer and trustee of the Elim Bible Instititute. An Eastman Kodak retiree. Survived by his devoted son and daughter-in-law, Winston and Glenda Powers of Rochester; grandchildren, John (Lori) Powers, Philip Powers, Michelle (Brett) Millimen, Teresa (Benjamin) Hiwale, David Powers, Robert Powers, Bobby Powers, and Karla Powers; 14 great-grandchildren; and many dear friends. At his request, Calling hours will not be observed and the courtesy of no flowers. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of his life at the Community Christian Church of East Williamson, Monday, April 17th at10am. Private interment, Sunnyside Cemetery, Williamson.
