Lewis Shively 75 Dies in Rochester
Lewis Shively, 75 years old, former resident of Clyde, died in Rochester early Tuesday, March 5, after a long illness.
He was born in Bourbon, Indiana, May 18, 1881, a son of John and Fannie Shively and had lived the last 15 years in this vicinity.
He leaves a daughter, Mr. Alfred E. Hoy of Clyde RD; two granddaughters, Mrs. Robert Barnes of Clyde RD; and Miss Eva Hoy of Rochester; a grandson, Daniel Hoy of Newark; two great-grandchildren.
The body was brought to Kenneth Lundy Funeral Home and later sent to Nappanee, Indiana, where the funeral was held Sunday afternoon.
Burial was in Union Center Cemetery, Union Center, Indiana.
