Manhattan - Loren M. Eltiste, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Eltiste, Rt. 1, Phillipsburg, will begin working December 26 as an accounting intern with Arthur Young and Company, certified public accounting firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Eltiste, an accounting senior at Kansas State University, is one of 17 accounting majors who have been selected to serve six week internships with mid-western certified public accounting firms.

He will complete his first semester studies and take final examinations before the Christmas holidays.

A diversified work experience for students is provided by the company and they are paid as junior accountants.

Eltiste is treasurer of Arnold Air Society, Air Force ROTC honorary, and is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, men's business administration honorary.
