Hallie Durman

Hallie Durman, 14, of Kent, died Monday, January 29, 2007 at her residence. She was born April 7, 1992, in Ravenna, to Cory Durman and Debbie Ann (Caudill) Porter.

She was an exceptional student and enjoyed learning and traveling. She has always been very competitive and has fought her illness with the same passion and determination and energy that she embraced life. Surpassing the doctor's expectations several times. She was baptized and was a member at the Lake Brady United Methodist Church, Stargirls, Stanton Soccer Team, and Flytz Gymnastics.

She is survived by Her Father, Cory Durman; Her Mother, Debbie Ann (Charley) Porter; Brother, Christopher Caudill of Kent; Sister, Lindsey Frampton of Kent;

Grandmother, Gloria Durman; and Grandfather, Gary Durman; Great

Grandmother Opal Eltiste, Step-brother, Joshua Porter of Kent; and

Step-sister, Rachel Porter of Kent.

She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Doug and Ruby Caudill; Great-Grandfather, Dale Eltiste.

Memorial services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday February 3, 2007 at Lake Brady United Methodist Church with Pastor Jim Jensen Jr. officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent
